🇮🇹 Shipping within Italy Free shipping for orders equal to or greater than €120.00 (VAT included) Delivery time: 1–4 business days Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
🌍 International Shipping
Current destinations: United States and European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden
Available couriers:
- BRT
- UPS Express Saver – delivery within 48 hours to major international destinations. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are charged upon delivery, unless otherwise specified by the sender.
📦 International Shipping and Customs Duties
For orders shipped outside of Italy: • Prices shown do NOT include customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees • These additional costs are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country • The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes upon delivery • Costs vary depending on the country and type of product • If payment is refused, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense
📭 Failed Delivery
📦 Deliveries within Italy (BRT): The courier will make a second attempt on the next business day If there are issues (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), you will receive an email from BRT with instructions for pickup If you do not receive the email, our customer service will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery
🌍 International Deliveries:
🔹 With BRT (where available): If the courier is unable to deliver the package, a second attempt will be made If delivery fails again, the package may be held at a local pickup point The recipient will receive a notification via email or SMS with pickup instructions
🔹 With UPS Express Saver: If delivery fails, UPS will make a second attempt. If the package still cannot be delivered, it may be held at a UPS Access Point or returned to the sender. The customer will receive a notification via email or SMS with pickup instructions. Shipping and customs fees will not be refunded in case of return.
✏️ Change of Delivery Address You may request a change of delivery address only if the order is still awaiting payment or has not yet been processed. To make a request, contact us via email at: onytcg.it@gmail.com
⚠️ Once the order has been processed or handed over to the courier, no changes can be made. Please double-check all entered information before confirming your order.
