📦 Return Policy

🔄 Returns Within 14 Days

Our policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as when you received it
  • not be worn or used
  • include all original tags
  • be in its original packaging
  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

🛠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective
  • the item is damaged
  • you received the wrong item

This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • custom or personalized products
  • personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • promotional items or gift cards

If you have any doubts about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you received

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item


🇪🇺 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

The item must still meet the following conditions:

  • same condition as received
  • not worn or used
  • all original tags included
  • original packaging
  • receipt or proof of purchase

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

⚠️ Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

🔄 Returns Within 30 Days

We also offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.
